Intellectual property

Through the HelloCoco brand and solution, CYWYC holds intellectual property rights and rights of use over all elements accessible on the site, including conversational content, text, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, sounds, and related technologies.

Any reproduction, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without CYWYC’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Article 03

Limitation of liability

CYWYC endeavours to ensure the accuracy and currency of information published on the HelloCoco site and reserves the right to correct its content at any time. However, CYWYC cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, or completeness of the information provided.

Accordingly, CYWYC disclaims all liability:

  • in the event of site interruption
  • in the event of bugs
  • in the event of damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party
  • and more generally for any direct or indirect damage related to access to or use of the site or reliance on the information published

In the context of using HelloCoco, an AI-powered conversational platform, data may be collected to improve user experience and interaction performance.

In accordance with French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the GDPR, each user has the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to processing of their personal data.

The HelloCoco site may contain links to external sites. CYWYC exercises no control over those contents and disclaims all liability in that regard.

Cookies may be used to optimise user experience, analyse conversational interactions, and improve platform performance. These cookies may in particular:

  • measure traffic
  • understand usage
  • personalise exchanges

Users may configure their preferences or disable cookies via their browser. No cookies are placed without prior consent. Retention is limited to 12 months.

Applicable law

Any dispute relating to use of the HelloCoco site is governed by French law.

Unless otherwise required by law, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
